There is limited free 60 minute parking available in front of WAMC on Adelaide Road.

There is free dedicated parking on Alfred Street.

When you arrive

If you are COVID positive or have COVID symptoms, please advise the receptionist on arrival. The receptionist will ask you to complete a consultation form and begin an ACC form if your visit is accident related. The receptionist will also ask you to indicate if you have significant symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, bleeding etc. The triage nurse will then assess the severity of your illness or injury and give you a triage code. The doctor then sees patients in order of triage codes and not necessarily in order of arrival.

Waiting Times

Waiting times can fluctuate throughout the day, particularly over weekends and public holidays. Average waiting times on a weekday are typically up to 2 hours, occasionally longer. On weekends and public holidays average waiting times are around an hour and can be up to 4 hours.

Due to High patient demand we may not be able to see all patients prior to closing at 9 pm.

Patients will be accepted up until 9 pm, providing capacity has not been reached.
